| Random stitched construction |
 |
Random stitched construction has 24 staggered interior
channel walls of approx. 2.5 cm height and approx. 10 cm length.
The advantage lies in the comparatively large volume and in the
fact that the filling can be cleaned or exchanged at any time. As
no unfeathered seams exist, a continuous thermal protection is ensured
at any time.

| Quilted down comforter with channel walls (4x6) |
 |
The 24 boxes, which are separated from each other by
interior channel walls of different height, are filled individually
with the help of a computer-controlled filling system.
The advantage lies in the even filling distribution and the comparatively
small amount of filling quantity needed for an optimal heat attitude.
The interior bars prevent a slipping of the filling as well as the
development of cooling zones. The quilted down comforter thus ranks
among the range of comfort covers up to luxury covers.
|
|
It can be selected between the following interior channel
wall heights (= interior volume) depending on sleep habit:
to
heat points and/or down fluffs.
|
| Dauna-Top (4-,5-,6-chamber comforter) |
 |
Chamber comforters combine the advantages of the random
stitched construction and the quilted comforter with channel walls.
End-to-end interior channel walls crosswise and short channel walls
alongside ensure on the one hand, that the filling cannot slip,
and on the other hand, that the filling can be cleaned or exchanged
at any time. As with the quilted comforter different channel wall
heights provide different degrees of heat.
|
| Quilted down comforter |
 |
Quilted down comforters do not possess interior channel
walls in contrast to the quilted comforters with channel walls.
Stitching "fabric on fabric" prevents a slipping of the
filling and provides for a comparatively small volume. This facilitates
the handling and the washability. Particularly for hotels or pensions
this is an important advantage.
The following stitchings are usual:
|
|
4x6 squares ( )
5x7 squares ( )
6x8 squares ( )
8x10 squares ( )
|
= heat points
|
| Point-Quilts |
 |
As stitching 54 points (6x9) or 99 points (9x11) are
usual. Point-stitching is suitable as cushy comforter for the summer.
The quilting (fabric on fabric) results in an even flat cover.
|
| Duo comforters (four-season comforters) |
 |
Duo comforters usually consist of two differently strongly
filled covers connected by pushbuttons. Depending on the season
and the sleep habit, either
the lighter filled cover ( ),
the more strongly filled cover (
or ),
or both together ( )
can be used.
|
|
In principle all stitching variants specified so far can be combined with the four-season comforter. Usually ordered and most comfortable variant is the
quilted comforter with channel walls 4x6 squares ( , )
and the quilted down comforter 8x10 squares ( ).

| Baby-Quilts |
 |
Baby-Quilt is a voluminous child quilt, which provides
for a snugly warmth. The interior channel walls prevent the development
of cooling zones. The adjacent pictogram shows stitching with the
size 100/135 cm.
Baby-Quilt is available in the size 80/80 cm as well.
|
| Child quilted down comforter with channel walls |
 |
The child quilted down comforter is filled evenly square
by square. The interior channel walls of approx. 3 cm height prevent
a slipping of the filling. Filled with a good down quality the quilted
down comforter is an extremely light, but nevertheless very well
heat-storing cover and thus provides for a healthy sleep of the
child.
|
| Child pillow |
 |
Three staggered interior channel walls make the child
pillow an optically
appealing product and in addition, prevent a slipping of the
filling. A soft filling is important so that the child pillow adapts
to the still very sensitive head of the small child.
